Alterations including erection of a single storey rear extension; the replacement of existing windows to the front and rear elevation, installation of rooflights and the conversion of the two flats back into a single family dwelling house.
The works include a ground floor rear extension and extensive internal remodelling (including lowering the levels of the property and underpinning). The plumbing and electrics will need to be upgraded throughout the property, and modified to suit the new plans and layouts. The project also includes joinery (Diamond Joinery – kitchen, wardrobes, all joinery) and full decoration throughout.
