Description

Project Nature: Internal reconfiguration to an existing apartment occupying the fourth floor of a converted warehouse residential building.

The works are proposed to an existing apartment occupying the fourth floor of a
residential building, located at 190, St John Street in Clerkenwell, within the London
Borough of Islington. The existing former warehouse building is of rectangular form with
a central courtyard. The building structure is principally formed by concrete slabs,
columns and beams, with a brick facade.
The property is not classified as a statutory listed or a locally listed building, but the proposals are sympathetic to the historical and architectural significance of the property.

Drainage, pipework and electrical service joinery, doors, glazing and mirrors, sanitary ware, stonework and tilework.

Project took around 6 months.
